University of Kent (UKC STAR)
University of Kent (UKC STAR)
At Kent STAR we organise events and campaign for the rights of refugees. You can find us on Instagram!
University of Oxford (Oxford STAR)
University of Oxford (Oxford STAR)
At Oxford STAR, we work towards our shared vision of building a more just and welcoming world for refugees. Locally, this centres on ensuring Oxford, both as a city and as a university, upholds its ‘Sanctuary Status’. We campaign alongside the Coalition to Keep Campsfield Closed (CKCC), organise events to raise awareness around refugees and vulnerable migrants, and act as a contact point to connect students with relevant volunteering in Oxford. Find us on Instagram and contact us via email.

University of Southampton (Southampton STAR)
University of Southampton (Southampton STAR)
At Southampton STAR we collaborate with local community groups to help build a friendly and welcome city for Asylum Seekers & Refugees. We will be running talks and meets to keep up to date with current affairs and launch some fundraisers to help to build a unified community in Southampton. You can find us on Instagram!
University of Sussex (Sussex STAR)
University of Sussex (Sussex STAR)
At Sussex STAR, we have been volunteering with Common Ground Brighton. They are an organic garden which provides a space for volunteers and marginalised groups to foster a deeper connection to the earth and community. We also run numerous educational and social events throughout the year; from film screenings to live music. Follow our Instagram, or email us.

University of Winchester (Winchester STAR)
University of Winchester (Winchester
STAR)
At Winchester STAR we work towards supporting both the university’s own sanctuary network, as well as the city’s itself. Our group works with volunteering in the nearby Southampton whilst also fundraising and educating other students at our university. We are best contacted on Instagram.
