At STAR Birmingham, we run regular activities including English lessons, a film project and a women’s project, as well as participating in STAR national campaigns and raising awareness of refugee issues in Birmingham and the UK. Follow us on Instagram for more info!

At Warwick STAR, we strive towards a society where refugees are always welcomed and empowered. We support Sanctuary Seekers through Conversation and Youth Clubs, helping them learn English. Through campaigning, fundraising, socials and community events, we break down barriers to education and work, uniting our members in solidarity with refugees. Feel free to contact us via email, or check out our Instagram!

At WMSSTAR we will be teaching first aid to local refugee and asylum seeker groups. We work improving health literacy within refugee communities in the Coventry area with the aim of reducing health inequalities and improving access to care. We hope to hold monthly events and socials. Click here to join our mailing list or here to visit our Facebook for more information.
